1. General
These terms and conditions govern the use of VK Car Connect Hub’s chauffeur-driven car rental services. By booking or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. VK Car Connect Hub reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.


2. Eligibility

• Customers must provide accurate personal and booking details at the time of reservation.

• A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of booking.

• Services are subject to availability and may vary based on the location and vehicle type.

 
3. Booking and Payment

• Advance booking is recommended to ensure vehicle availability.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Any additional charges incurred during the trip must be settled at the end of the journey.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and online payment gateways.

• 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused service hours.

5. Service Usage

• The chauffeur-driven vehicle must be used only for lawful purposes and within the agreed-upon itinerary.

• The customer is not permitted to request the chauffeur to engage in illegal activities, over-speeding, or driving under unsafe conditions.

• Any route changes or additional stops during the trip must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges.
   

6. Conduct and Responsibility

• The customer and passengers must maintain appropriate behavior during the trip. VK Car Connect Hub reserves the right to terminate services without a refund in cases of misconduct, abuse, or unsafe conditions.

• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or transporting hazardous materials in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
   

7. Damage and Liability

• The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer or passengers during the trip.

• VK Car Connect Hub will inspect the vehicle before and after the rental period. Any damages will be charged to the customer.
   

8. Waiting Time and Delays

• The chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time at no additional cost. Beyond this, waiting charges may apply.

• If the customer causes excessive delays during the trip, additional charges may be incurred.
   

9. Traffic Violations

• The chauffeur is responsible for adhering to traffic laws. Any traffic violations during the trip will be managed by VK Car Connect Hub.
   

10. Privacy Policy

• VK Car Connect Hub is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
   

11. Termination of Service

• VK Car Connect Hub reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice if the terms and conditions are violated. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
   

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction/State]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Jurisdiction/State].
